Sale Demand Strong
SAN SABA —(Dec. 2)— Replacement cows and heifers sold at strong
prices under broad buyer demand. Recent rains encouraged many buyers
to replace some of their liquidated numbers while pasture growth
appears to be recovering from the drouth. Receipts totaled 3457 head.
Representative sales: Double T Ranch, nine Brangus cows with
calves, $1400 per pair; Dr. Pat Cox, 44 long bred tigerstripe heifers,
