Weak, Fat Goats Steady

GOLDTHWAITE —(Nov. 2)— Slaughter lambs sold steady to weak; stock and feeder goats $2-3 higher, slaughter goats steady. Receipts totaled 1468 head.

Sheep: choice and prime slaughter lambs 50-80 lbs. $65-75, 90-140 lbs. $45-55, good and choice 140-170 lbs. $37-45; slaughter bucks 105-165 lbs. $20-40.

Barbados: stock lambs 20-40 lbs. $84-87, ewes 60-100 lbs. $68-76, bucks 85-120 lbs. $100-300 per head; slaughter lambs 40-70 lbs. $74-88 cwt., ewes 80-100 lbs. $45-52, bucks 70-120 lbs. $40-55.
