Llano Cattle Prices
Turn Mostly Lower

LLANO —(Nov. 6)— Feeder steers and heifers sold $2-4 lower, slaughter cows and bulls $1-3 lower. Receipts totaled 227 head.

Feeder steers: medium and large No. 1 300-400 lbs. $95-105, 400-500 lbs. $82-100, 500-600 lbs. $75-85, 600-700 lbs. $72-80, 700-800 lbs. $68-75.

Feeder heifers: medium and large No. 1 300-400 lbs. $80-90, 400-500 lbs. $75-85, 500-600 lbs. $70-77, 600-700 lbs. $65-72.

Slaughter cows: utility and commercial $34-36, cutter and boning utility $32-35, canner and low cutter $27-30; bulls $42-48.

Representative sales: 5J Ranch, Llano, steer, 590 lbs. $78.50; KC Ranch, Fredericksburg, heifer, 570 lbs. $73.50; K&K, Valley Spring, steer, 675 lbs. $76.50; Lucksinger Ranch, Burnet, steer, 460 lbs. $90; Tamega Ranch, Burnet, three steers, 603 lbs. $80.50.
