Fredericksburg Lambs,
Goats Trend Lower

FREDERICKSBURG —(June 11)— Feeder and slaughter lambs sold $2-4 lower, stock and slaughter goats $3-5 lower. Receipts totaled 4484 head.

Sheep: medium and large 1-2 feeder lambs 40-70 lbs. $72-80, 70-90 lbs. $70-74.50; choice and prime slaughter lambs 40-80 lbs. $72-80.50, 90-120 lbs. $60-70, good and choice 40-80 lbs. $62-69, 90-150 lbs. $45- 55; good slaughter ewes 90-150 lbs. $32.50-41, utility and fat $23-30, bucks 100-230 lbs. $23-31.

Barbados: stock ewes 50-75 lbs. $40-55, bucks 90-120 lbs. $75-110 per head; slaughter lambs 15-40 lbs. $65-71 cwt., 40-60 lbs. $65-71, ewes 60-90 lbs. $30-40, bucks 70-100 lbs. $52-60.

Goats: selection 1 slaughter kids 15-40 lbs. $77-90, 40-60 lbs. $82-90, 60-80 lbs. $82-95, nannies 80-135 lbs. $39.50-50, thin $31-38, billies 80-225 lbs. $70-78, muttons 70-125 lbs. $90-103.50; selection 1 stock kids 30-65 lb fancy 90-117.50, nannies 65-135 lbs. $50-90, selection 2 $40-50; nannies with kids $33-34 per head; slaughter Angoras 60-90 lbs. $45-58.
