Most Decatur Feeder
Cattle Steady To Up

DECATUR —(July 22)— Calves and yearlings sold steady to $2 higher on the lighter end, stockr cows and pairs steady and slaughter cows and bulls steady to $1 higher. Receipts totaled 1022 head, mostly calves and yearlings.

Feeder steers: medium and large No. 1 200-300 lbs. $108-132, 300-400 lbs. $93-115, 400-500 lbs. $82-97, 500-600 lbs. $77-84.50, 600-700 lbs. $71-82, 700-800 lbs. $71-77, 800-900 lbs. $68-72.50.

Feeder heifers: medium and large No. 1 200-300 lbs. $95-110, 300-400 lbs. $88-118, 400-500 lbs. $79-92, 500-600 lbs. $69-75, 700-800 lbs. $62-69.50, 800-900 lbs. $60-71.50.

Slaughter cows and bulls: low yielding canners $29 on the bottom end to $53.50 for better slaughter bulls; stock cows, middleaged large cows with calves $650-810 per pair, pregnancy tested young cows $580-670, middleaged cows $365-620.
