Hill Country Angora
Sale Tops At $750

JUNCTION —(Aug. 10)— The champion billy at the Hill Country Fair Association Angora buck and doe sale brought $750 per head. The billy was consigned by Larry Deike, Fredericksburg, and bought by Joey Freeman and Clint Smith Jr., Junction.

The reserve champion was offered by Triple S Angoras, Evant, and brought $300 from Altizer Livestock, Del Rio.

Twenty-five bucks averaged $284 and 22 does averaged $222.72.

The champion doe was consigned by Beverly Short, Pipe Creek, and sold to Joey Freeman for $325. The reserve champion, from R&H Ranch, Uvalde, went to Beverly Short for $375.
