Most Coleman Cattle
Prices Called Higher

COLEMAN —(Aug. 7)— Feeder steers and heifers sold steady to $1 higher, slaughter cows and bulls steady to firm, stock cows and pairs $10-20 higher. Receipts totaled 750 head.

Feeder steers: medium and large No. 1 300-400 lbs. $101-107, 400-500 lbs. $91-97, 500-600 lbs. $80-87; medium and large No. 2 300-400 lbs. $92-99, 400-500 lbs. $80-88, 500-600 lbs. $71-79, 600-700 lbs. $68-75.50, 700-800 lbs. $67-74.50, 800-900 lbs. $62-68.50.

Feeder heifers: medium and large No. 1 500-600 lbs. $83-90; medium and large No. 2 300-400 lbs. $81-89, 400-500 lbs. $75-83, 500-600 lbs. $73-79, 600-700 lbs. $68-73, 700-800 lbs. $65-72.50.

Slaughter cows: boners $35-40, lean $30.50-35; high dressing yield grade 1-2 bulls 1500-2100 lbs. $45-52.25.

Stock cows: medium and large 1-2 young and middleaged 950-1450 lbs. 2-8 months bred $510-790 per head; medium and large 1-2 young and middleaged 950-1700 lb. cows with 150-420 lb. calves $630-960 per pair.
