Most Milano Feeder
Cattle Prices Higher

MILANO —(Oct. 22)— Feeder steers sold $1-2 higher, heifers under 600 pounds $1-3 higher, heavier weights steady, slaughter cows and bulls steady to $1 higher. Receipts totaled 727 head.

Steers: medium and large No. 1 200-300 lbs. $114-115, 300-400 lbs. $103-112.50, 400-500 lbs. $88-97, few $103-107.50, 500-600 lbs. $80-89, 600-700 lbs. $74-81, 700-750 lbs. $72-75; medium and large No. 2 200-300 lbs. $102.50-105, 300-400 lbs. $97-105, 400-500 lbs. $82-91, 500-600 lbs. $76-82, 600-700 lbs. $71-79.50, 700-800 lbs. $67-71.

Heifers: medium and large No. 1 300-400 lbs. $90-96, 400-500 lbs. $80-89, 500-600 lbs. $73-82, replacements $86-90, 600-700 lbs. $72-77, replacements $85, 700-800 lbs. $69-72; medium and large No. 2 300-400 lbs. $85-91, 400-500 lbs. $75-83, 500-600 lbs. $89-78, 600-700 lbs. $69-71.

Slaughter cows: boners $32.50-37, lean 1000-1350 lbs. $33.50-37.50, 800-1000 lbs. $28.50-34; yield grade 1-2 bulls 1400-1800 lbs. $42.50-34.

Stock cows: medium and large 1-2 young and middleaged 1050-1300 lbs. 5-7 months bred $44.50-55.
