Most Coleman Cattle
Prices Termed Steady

COLEMAN —(Oct. 23)— Feeder steers and heifers sold steady to firm, slaughter cows and bulls steady, stock cows and pairs steady. Receipts totaled 358 head.

Steers: medium and large No. 1 400-500 lbs. $90-95, few $102, 600-700 lbs. $72-76.50; medium and large No. 2 400-500 lbs. $83-90, 500-600 lbs. $71-78.50, 600-700 lbs. $70-75.50.

Heifers: medium and large No. 1 300-400 lbs. $90-95, 400-500 lbs. $83-90, 500-600 lbs. $80-84, 600-700 lbs. $73-80; medium and large No. 2 300-400 lbs. $81-89, 500-600 lbs. $71-77.50.

Slaughter cows: breakers $30-33.50, boners $31.50-37.50, lean 800-1000 lbs. $26-30.50; high dressing yield grade 1-2 bulls $44.75-48.

Stock cows: medium and large 1-2 young and middleaged 900-1350 lbs. 2-8 months bred $575-720 per head; medium and large 1-2 young and middleaged 800-1400 lb. cows with 100-285 lb. calves $610-780 per pair.
