Colorado City Feeder
Cattle Prices Higher

COLORADO CITY —(Aug. 20)— Feeder steers and heifers sold steady to $1 higher, slaughter cows and bulls $1-2 lower, stock cows and pairs steady. Receipts totaled 689 head.

Steers: 300-400 lbs. $95-130, 400-500 lbs. $89-102, 500-600 lbs. $86-91.50, 600-700 lbs. $85-90.50.

Heifers: 300-400 lbs. $95-123, 400-500 lbs. $86-94, 500-600 lbs. $81-89, 600-850 lbs. $79.75-87.25.

Slaughter cows: all grades $36-46.75; bulls $48-54.75; bred stock cows $550-660 per head; cows with calves $700-920 per pair.
