Most Comanche Cattle
Sharply Higher  

            COMANCHE, Texas —(Jan. 10)— Feeder steers and heifers sold $10-15 higher, slaughter cows $5-10 higher, bulls $3-4 higher. Receipts totaled 395 head.

            Steers: medium and large No. 1 under 300 lbs. $115-120, 300-400 lbs. $105-110, 400-500 lbs. $90-95, 500-600 lbs. $85-90, 600-700 lbs. $80-85, over 700 lbs. $75-80; medium and large No. 2 under 300 lbs. $95-110, 300-400 lbs. $90-100, 400-500 lbs. $85-90, 500-600 lbs. $80-85, 600-700 lbs. $70-75, over 700 lbs. $60-70.

            Heifers: medium and large No. 1 under 300 lbs. $95-105, 300-400 lbs. $90-95, 400-500 lbs. $85-90, 500-600 lbs. $80—85, 600-700 lbs. $75-78, over 700 lbs. $70-75; medium and large No. 2 under 300 lbs. $85-90, 300-400 lbs. $80-85, 400-500 lbs. $75-80, 500-600 lbs. $75-77, 600-700 lbs. $65-70, over 700 lbs. $65-67.

            Slaughter cows: utility $48-51, high dressing to $53, cutter $45-50, canner $30-35, bulls $58-64; good bred stock cows $650-800 per head, plain $550-600; good cows with calves $750-950 per pair, plain $550-600.
