Colorado City Calves,
Yearlings Sell Steady

COLORADO CITY —(March 3)— Feeder steer and heifer calves sold steady, slaughter cows and bulls steady to $2 higher, stock cows and pairs $25-50 higher. Receipts totaled 289 head.

Steers: 300-400 lbs. $100-121, 400-500 lbs. $98-117, 500-600 lbs. $89-105, 600-750 lbs. $81-98.

Heifers: 300-400 lbs. $98-120, 400-500 lbs. $97-116, 500-600 lbs. $80-94, 600-750 lbs. $82-89.50.

Slaughter cows: all grades $42-53; bulls $60-63.75; bred stock cows $625-950 per head, cows with calves $725-1230 per pair.
