FOREIGN COUNTRY, but just west of San Angelo, these finewool ewes
with baby lambs are enjoying the greenest spring they have lived long
enough to see. After more than a dozen years of drouth, a broad swath
of West Texas is actually a little ahead of normal for rainfall so far
this year.
