     Mid-Tex Cattle Co., Seguin, Texas, sold the following on a delivered basis to the Texas Panhandle: a load of No. 1 Okie heifers weighing 280 pounds at $183, a load of steer mates weighing 267 at $196; a load of No. 1 Okie and cross steers and bulls weighing 421 at $173; a load of No. 1-2 Okie and crossbred steers and bulls weighing 434 at $149; load of No. 1-2 heifer yearlings weighing 604 at $131, steer and bull mates weighing 590 at $142; and a load of No. 1 crossbred calves weighing 370 at $170.

 

     USDA reports 7250 head of feeder cattle selling direct off Colorado range, including, all delivered basis, 6300 medium and large No. 1 heifers to weigh 890 pounds at $140 for September and October delivery; for September 250 similar steers to weigh 825 at $141-144.50; and for August 300 steers to weigh 825 at $141.

 

     Northwest direct feeder cattle trade as confirmed by USDA totaled 1000 head, including 150 medium and large No. 1 heifers to weigh 700 pounds at $150 delivered in September and October; for current delivery 258 similar steers weighing 850-875 at $137-144 delivered, and 200 heifers weighing 835 at $129-131 f.o.b.

 

     USDA reports 1755 head of feeder cattle selling direct in Oklahoma, all f.o.b. basis, including 280 medium and large No. 1 heifers to weigh 700 pounds at $146.60 for September delivery; for August 905 similar heifers to weigh 700 at $144.75-147.10; for June 120 steers to weigh 800 at $141.94; for current delivery 130 steers weighing 775 at $143.98.

 

     Kansas direct feeder cattle trade by USDA count came to 3369 head, mostly f.o.b. basis, including 441 medium and large No. 1 steers to weigh 800 pounds for September delivery at $3 off the September board; for August 180 similar steers to weigh 800 at $150.60 and 693 steers to weigh 800 at $3 off the August board; for July 200 heifers to weigh 780 at $136.72; for current delivery 126 steers weighing 875-890 at $141.50-142 delivered, and 204 heifers weighing 736 at $140 f.o.b.

 

     USDA reported 6525 head of feeder cattle selling direct in Wyoming and Nebraska, all f.o.b. basis, including 6300 medium and large No. 1 heifers to weigh 890 at $138.65-139.56 for September and October delivery and for current delivery 225 similar heifers to weigh 785 at $137.

 

     New Mexico direct feeder cattle trade by USDA count totaled 3700 head, all f.o.b. basis, including, for September delivery 410 medium and large No. 1 steers to weigh 825 pounds at $145.80 and 375 heifers to weigh 750 at $137.80; for July 355  steers to weigh 800-825 at $146.20-148.15; for June 1000 medium and large 1-2 Mexican origin steers to weigh 475 at $177.50, and for current delivery 1500 similar steers weighing 475 at $177.50.
