     Cattle For Sale By David, San Angelo, sold out of the Pawnee, Texas area to a Vernon, Texas buyer 50 black and crossbred heavy bred solidmouth and babytooth cow-calf pairs at $1200 per pair.

 

     USDA reports 1400 head of medium and large No. 1 feeder steers selling direct off Colorado range, to weigh 975 pounds at $143.90 delivered in August and September.

 

     Northwest direct feeder cattle trade as confirmed by USDA totaled 6250 head, mostly f.o.b. basis, including, for December and January delivery, 400 medium and large No. 1 steers to weigh 650 pounds at $151.50, 100 similar steers to weigh 710 at $144, and 200 heifers to weigh 600 at $142.50; for October and November 250 steers to weigh 585 at $147, 140 steers to weigh 600-640 at $150-152, 349 steers to weigh 650-675 at $145.50-151, 163 steers to weigh 650 at $163, 345 heifers to weigh 565-575 at $137-148, and 234 heifers to weigh 600-625 at $141-142; for August and September 1000 heifers to weigh 850 at $146.50 delivered; for current delivery 400 steers weighing 865 at $134 f.o.b.

 

     USDA reports 1437 head of feeder cattle selling direct in Oklahoma, all f.o.b., including 360 medium and large No. 1 steers to weigh 825 pounds at $137.70 for October delivery, and for August 360 similar steers to weigh 850 at $141; for current delivery 235 steers weighing 625 at $156.25, 142 steers weighing 718 at $150, and 280 heifers weighing 700-725 at $138.34-140.50.

 

     Kansas direct feeder cattle trade by USDA count came to 3080 head, including 480 medium and large No. 1 heifers to weigh 825 pounds at $140 f.o.b. for September delivery; for August 360 similar steers to weigh 850 at $143.50 delivered and 292 heifers to weigh 750 at $143.20 f.o.b.; for current delivery 256 steers weighing 850-875 at $146-149 f.o.b.; in basis trade for October delivery 142 steers to weigh 775 at even the October board, 158 heifers to weigh 700 at $5 off the board, and 304 heifers weighing 725 at $7 off the board.

 

     USDA reports 11,100 head of feeder cattle selling direct in Texas, including 360 medium and large No. 1 steers to weigh 825 pounds at $140.20 delivered in October; for September 303 similar steers to weigh 750-775 at $142.50-145.50 f.o.b., 235 steers to weigh 625 at $159.25 delivered, 796 heifers to weigh 700-725 at $135.35-138.50 f.o.b., and 476 heifers to weigh 700-725 at $136.55-143 delivered; for August 222 steers to weigh 675 at $146.85 f.o.b. and 130 heifers to weigh 750 at $135.50 f.o.b.; for current delivery 271 steers weighing 814-825 at $140-144.50 f.o.b., 480 steers weighing 860 at $134 f.o.b., 110 steers weighing 900 at $144.10 f.o.b., 142 steers weighing 718 at $152 f.o.b., and 402 heifers weighing 725-735 at $133.50-138.97 f.o.b.
