SAN ANGELO — Feeder lambs sold $3-5 higher, instances as much as $10 higher, slaughter lambs not well tested, slaughter ewes firm to $1 higher. Receipts totaled 8918 head.

Feeder steers and heifers, and slaughter cows and bulls sold steady last week. Receipts totaled 4027 head.

Feeder lambs: medium and large 1-2 40-60 lbs. $95-99, few $102-104, 60-70 lbs. $89-95, set $99, 70-80 lbs. $86-92, few $94-95, 80-95 lbs. $84-89; medium and large No. 2 40-60 lbs. $80-95, 60-80 lbs. $80-89, 70-80 lbs. $78-86, 80-100 lbs. $78-84.

Slaughter lambs: choice and prime 2-3 100-120 lbs. $77-82; good and choice 2-4 slaughter ewes $32-42, utility and good 2-3 $38-48, utility 1-2 $29-38, cull and utility 1-2 $20-29; bucks $30-40.

Stock ewes: medium and large 1-2 yearlings, 104 lbs. $62, babytooth to solidmouth $50-56 per head.

Goats: slaughter billy and mutton meat goats 100-150 lbs. $50-86 per head, billies 205 lbs. $120, yearling billies and muttons 60-100 lbs. $78-88 cwt.; nannies 60-110 lbs. $42-51, thin 60-100 lbs. $35-40; good and choice kids 40-65 lbs. $76-88, good $65-76, 20-40 lbs. $15-25 per head; Angoras 60-100 lbs. $33-45 cwt., 35-50 lbs. $25-28.
