SAN ANGELO —(Dec. 3)— Feeder lambs sold firm to $2 higher, instances $3-5 higher, slaughter lambs not well tested, slaughter ewes firm to $2 higher. Receipts totaled 10,261 head.

No cattle sale was conducted last week in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

Feeder lambs: medium and large 1-2 40-60 lbs. $101-108, few $110-112, 60-80 lbs. $97-104, few $105-106, 80-90 lbs. $95-100, set $103, 90-110 lbs. $90-95, set $97; medium and large No. 2 40-60 lbs. $90-101, 60-80 lbs. $90-97, 80-90 lbs. $90-95.

Slaughter lambs: choice and prime 2-3 100-135 lbs. $82-87, couple sets $94-95; good and choice 2-4 slaughter ewes $42-48, utility and good 2-3 $42-50, few $51-53.50, utility 1-3 $37-42, cull and utility 1-2 $30-37.

Stock ewes: medium and large 1-2 whiteface ewe lambs 70-75 lbs. $108-109, babytooth ewes $70 per head, solidmouth $54-55, others 110-155 lbs. $51.50-55 cwt.

Goats: slaughter billy and mutton meat goats 100-150 lbs. $70-102 per head, billies 150-170 lbs. $125-135, yearling billies and muttons 60-100 lbs. $83-91 cwt., good $65-80; nannies 60-100 lbs. $45-56, thin 60-90 lbs. $34-45; good and choice kids 40-65 lbs. $86-91.50, few $92-95, good 30-65 lbs. $70-85; Angoras 25-50 lbs. $61-70, 60-70 lbs. $30-32, 80-135 lbs. $38-45.50.
