Steady, Cattle Lower
SAN ANGELO Feeder lambs sold steady this week,
slaughter lambs not well tested and slaughter ewes $4-6
higher. Receipts totaled 9296 head.
Feeder steers and heifers sold steady to $1 lower last
week, slaughter cows and bulls $1-3 lower, stock cows and
pairs steady. Receipts totaled 9823 head including 4389
feeders at Mondays special sale.
Feeder lambs: medium and large 1-2 40-60 lbs. $98-100,
60-80 lbs. $94-100, 80-90 lbs. $91-95, set $100, 90-100
lbs. $82-89; medium and large No. 2 40-60 lbs. $88-98,
60-80 lbs. $84-94, 80-90 lbs. $80-90, 90-100 lbs. $80-85.
