Higher, Lambs Weak
SAN ANGELO Feeder lambs sold weak in a light
test this week, slaughter lambs $2-3 lower, slaughter
ewes fully steady. Receipts totaled 12,879 head.
Feeder steers and heifers sold firm to $1 higher last
week, slaughter cows firm to $1 higher, bulls $2 higher,
stock cows and pairs moderately lower. Receipts totaled
5554 head.
Feeder lambs: medium and large 1-2 40-60 lbs. $94-97,
60-80 lbs. $90-97.50, 80-90 lbs. $88-91.50, 90-105 lbs.
$81-87; medium and large No. 2 40-60 lbs. $83-93, 60-80
