RAPID CITY — The Range Beef Cow Symposium XV is scheduled for December 9-11 at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center here. Speakers will address current issues affecting the beef industry, such as food safety, industry trends, challenges and opportunities, beef quality assurance, genetics, immunology, reproduction and marketing. Advance registration is $50, which includes a copy of the proceedings and lunch on both days. Registration must be sent by November 28. Registration at the door is $75.
