SAN ANGELO — Feeder and slaughter lambs sold steady this week, slaughter ewes firm to $2 higher. Receipts totaled 9591 head.

Feeder steers and heifers sold weak last week, slaughter cows weak, bulls steady, stock cows and pairs firm to slightly higher. Receipts totaled 3245 head.

Feeder lambs: medium and large 1-2 50-60 lbs. $93-98. 60-70 lbs. $92-94, 70-80 lbs. $88-94, 80-90 lbs. $83-90, 90-95 lbs. $79-86, 100-105 lbs. $74-78; newcrop 40-60 lbs. $102-104, 65-70 lbs. $98-101.

Slaughter lambs: choice 2-3 shorn and wooled 100-135 lbs. $70-76; good and choice 2-4 slaughter ewes $45-52, utility and good 2-3 $48-58, utility 1-2 $40-50, cull and utility 1-2 $30-40, bucks $47-50.

Stock ewes: ewes with lambs $45-55 each.

Goats: slaughter billy and mutton meat goats 100-150 lbs. $70-115 per head, billies 150-200 lbs. $120-190; nannies 60-110 lbs. $52-62.50 cwt., thin 60-90 lbs. $45-51, choice and prime kids and yearlings 30-60 lbs. $85-96, 60-75 lbs. $80-84, 75-100 lbs. $72-76, 100-115 lbs. $69-73, choice 35-60 lbs. $74-81.50, 60-100 lbs. $73-80.
