GOLDTHWAITE —(May 1)— Feeder lambs sold $6-8 lower, slaughter ewes and bucks $2 lower; slaughter Angora goats $3 lower; stock Spanish nannies $2 lower, slaughter mostly steady. Receipts totaled 8000 head.

Sheep: medium and large No. 1 feeder lambs 45-65 lbs. $74-84, 70-95 lbs. $72-77.50, 100-130 lbs. $66-70; utility 2-3 slaughter ewes $47.50-49, good 2-3 $40-46, cull $30-36, bucks $35-44; medium and large 1-2 babytooth stock ewes $82-101 per head, solidmouth $65-80, weak mouth $58-65, ewes and lambs $32-48 each, yearling bucks $125-210 per head; young Barbado stock ewes 50-60 lbs. $56-64 cwt., lambs 30-50 lbs. $70-78.

Angora goats: slaughter muttons and billies 75-100 lbs. $42-46 cwt., fat nannies $39-40, kids and yearlings 40-75 lbs. $59-65, thin nannies and muttons $29-35.

Spanish goats: slaughter kids 15-35 lbs. $76-85 cwt., 35-65 lbs. $82-97, nannies 70-115 lbs. $48-56, billies 80-165 lbs. $68-84; stock nannies $44-56 per head, nannies and kids $23-30 each; Boer cross nannies $80-110 per head, nanny kids $50-90.
