JUNCTION —(July 24-25)— The Texas Angora Goat Raisers Association annual sale here averaged $328.29 on a total of 38 bucks and $229.69 on 16 does. The first place buck was consigned by Katy Harrell, Sonora, and sold to Lawrence Finklea, Sonora, for $400. Second place and top selling buck was consigned by Triple S Angoras, Evant, and brought $1250 from Stewart Angoras, Sonora. The first place doe was consigned by Bonnie and Dale Naumann, Medina, and went to R&H Ranch, Uvalde, for $400. Second place doe was consigned by Edwin Hipsher, Santa Anna, and sold for $300 to Dayton Ransleben, Fredericksburg. The top selling doe was consigned by Mineola Pember, Bandera, and sold to Dailon Smith, Llano, for $575. |
