GOLDTHWAITE —(Aug. 14)— Feeder lambs sold $4 higher, slaughter ewes and bucks $6-8 higher; slaughter Angora nannies and muttons $3 higher; stocker Spanish nannies $5 higher, slaughter kids and yearlings steady, other slaughter classes $3-6 higher. Receipts totaled 5300 head.

Sheep: medium and large No. 1 feeder lambs 40-70 lbs. $74-79, 70-90 lbs. $70-78; utility 2-3 slaughter ewes $22-30, good 2-3 $32-42, bucks $20-25; Barbado lambs 35-70 lbs. $50-61, ewes 60-80 lbs. $30-36.

Angora goats: slaughter muttons and billies 85-105 lbs. $28-31 cwt., nannies 70-90 lbs. $24-28, thin nannies and muttons $15-20.

Spanish goats: choice and prime slaughter kids 15-35 lbs. $52-65 cwt., nannies 35-65 lbs. $60-73, 70-105 lbs. $38-51, muttons, 75-140 lbs. $52-65, billies 85-175 lbs. $50-68; stock nannies $32-46 per head, Boer cross nannies $50-80, Boer kids $30-45.
