GOLDTHWAITE —(Sept. 18)— Feeder lambs sold $3-5 lower, slaughter lambs steady, slaughter ewes and bucks steady; slaughter Spanish billies $2-4 higher, other slaughter classes $2-4 lower, stock nannies steady. Receipts totaled 3900 head.

Sheep: medium and large No. 1 feeder lambs 70-85 lbs. $65-70; slaughter lambs 75-145 lbs. $60-69; good 2-3 slaughter ewes $36-39, bucks $25-35; Barbado lambs 30-65 lbs. $53-64 cwt., ewes 70-90 lbs. $30-40.

Goats: choice and prime meat goat slaughter kids 15-35 lbs. $55-67 cwt.; 40-65 lbs. $65-78, fat nannies 80-110 lbs. $38-46, thin $35-38, muttons 70-115 lbs. $63-76, billies 90-160 lbs. $62-82; Spanish stock nannies $30-45 per head, Boer cross $50-70, nanny kids $50-62.50.
