SAN ANGELO — Feeder lambs sold $2-5 lower this week, slaughter lambs were too limited for a test, slaughter ewes about steady. Receipts totaled 12,899 head and were mostly slaughter ewes and goats.

Feeder steers and heifers sold mostly steady last week, slaughter cows and bulls $1-2 lower. Receipts totaled 4831 head.

Feeder lambs: medium and large 1-2 40-60 lbs. $70-75.50, 60-70 lbs. $68-73, 70-90 lbs. $68-71, 90-100 lbs. $64-67.50; medium and large No. 2 40-60 lbs. $59-70, 60-90 lbs. $60-68, 90-100 lbs. $60-64.

Slaughter lambs: choice 2-3 shorn and wooled 100-130 lbs. $62.50-68.50, set $72; good and choice 2-4 slaughter ewes $25.50-36, few $36-38, utility and good 1-3 $32-42, few $42-45, utility 1-2 $23-34, cull and utility 1-2 $15-23, bucks $23-34, few $34-37.

Goats: slaughter meat billies and wethers, 100-150 lbs. $50-90 per head, 150-200 lbs. $90-110; nannies, 70-110 lbs. $41-50.50 cwt., thin 60-90 lbs. $32-41, choice kids and yearlings 40-100 lbs. $60-69, good 40-100 lbs. $55-60; Angoras, choice 60-90 lbs. $30-38 cwt., good 60-80 lbs. $22-30, choice kids 30-75 lbs. $50-58, good 35-45 lbs. $41-50.
