GOLDTHWAITE —(Sept. 28)— Feeder lambs sold $3 higher, slaughter ewes and bucks steady; stock Spanish nannies $3 higher, slaughter billies $4 lower, other slaughter goats steady. Receipts totaled 4950 head.

Sheep: medium and large No. 1 feeder lambs 65-85 lbs. $67.50-74; utility 2-3 slaughter ewes $30-33, good 2-3 $37-39, bucks $25-36; Barbado stock ewes $20-28 per head, slaughter lambs 35-55 lbs. $50-56 cwt., ewes 60-70 lbs. $35-36.

Angora goats: stock muttons 60-75 lbs. $36-40 cwt.; fat slaughter muttons and billies 90-100 lbs. $37-39 cwt., kids 30-50 lbs. $51-57, thin nannies and muttons $20-25.

Spanish goats: choice and prime slaughter kids 15-35 lbs. $58-68 cwt., 40-65 lbs. $63-74, fat nannies 80-135 lbs. $41-47, thin $31-40, muttons 85-135 lbs. $57-76, billies 90-195 lbs. $57-68; stock nannies $30-43 per head, Boer cross nannies $70-75 per head, kids $45-65.
