SAN ANGELO Slaughter lambs were poorly tested
Tuesday, feeder lambs and slaughter ewes weak. Receipts
totaled 12,500 head, mostly slaughter ewes and goats.
Feeder steers and heifers were fully $1-3 lower,
slaughter cows $1-2 lower, slaughter bulls weak to $1
lower, stock cows and pairs weak. Two day receipts
totaled 4800 head.
Feeder lambs: medium and large 1-2 40-60 pounds
$70-73, 60-70 pounds $69-72, set 61 pounds $77, 70-90
pounds $68-71, 90-100 pounds $64-68.50; medium and large
No. 2 40-60 pounds $65-70, 60-70 pounds $63-69, 70-90
