CUERO —(Oct. 2)— The market was active but lower on all classes of cattle. Receipts totaled 1944 head.

Feeder steers: 250-300 pounds $81-104, 300-350 pounds $84-96, 350-400 pounds $75-83, individuals $85-87, 400-450 pounds $72-80, 450-500 pounds $67-79.

Feeder heifers: 200-300 pounds $61-74, 300-400 pounds $60-72, 400-500 pounds $56-63, 500-600 pounds $56-62.

Slaughter cows: boning cutter and utility, $28-32, few high yielders $32.50-36.50, individuals $38-39, cutters $27-29, canners and low cutters, $23.50-27, weak canners $15-22.50, lower grade bulls $33-41.
