SAN ANGELO — Feeder lambs sold steady this week with rains curtailing receipts, slaughter lambs $1-2 lower, slaughter ewes mixed, good and choice grades weak to $2 lower, other grades firm to $1 higher. Receipts totaled 10,890 head, mostly slaughter ewes and goats.

Feeder steers and heifers sold firm to $1 higher last week, slaughter cows weak to $1 lower, bulls steady, stock cows and pairs steady. Receipts totaled 7925 head.

Feeder lambs: medium and large 1-2 40-60 lbs. $69-73.50, 60-70 lbs. $68-72, few $74, 70-90 lbs. $67-70, set $72, 90-100 lbs. $64-68; medium and large No. 2 40-60 lbs. $60-69, 60-90 lbs. $60-68.

Slaughter lambs: choice 2-3 100-125 lbs. $63-68.50; good and choice 2-4 slaughter ewes $25-32.50, utility and good 1-3 $32-42, utility 1-2 $24-33, cull and utility 1-2 $17-24, bucks $25-35.
