SAN ANGELO —(Oct. 31)— A total of 64 bulls averaged $2076 per head in the West Central Texas Angus Association sale at Producers Livestock Auction. The high selling bull was consigned by Hales Cattle Co., Canyon, and sold to Walter C. Pope, Eldorado, for $4300. Volume buyers included 101 Ranch, Marfa, which purchased six head for $12,696; Bird Ranch, Midland, five for $10,500; and Manuel Gonzalez, Ciudad Cienegas, Coahuila, Mexico, three for $9000. |
