Feeder Cattle Higher
SAN ANGELO Feeder lambs sold firm this week,
slaughter lambs were firm and slaughter ewes $2-3 higher.
Trading was fairly active and demand good. Receipts
totaled 10,296 head.
Feeder steers and heifers weighing less than 500
pounds sold $1-3 higher last week, instances $5 higher,
heavier weights firm to $2 higher. Slaughter cows and
bulls were firm, stock cows and pairs slightly higher.
Receipts totaled 3877 head.
