GOLDTHWAITE —(Jan. 29)— Feeder lambs sold $2 lower, slaughter lambs steady, slaughter ewes $3 lower, bucks steady; slaughter Spanish goats $3-5 higher, stock nannies $2 higher; slaughter Angora goats $3 lower. Receipts totaled 3000 head.

Sheep: medium and large No. 1 feeder lambs 65-90 lbs. $77-83.50; choice and prime 2-3 slaughter lambs 95-140 lbs. $60-68, utility 2-3 slaughter ewes $30-32, cull $24-26, bucks $30-35; medium and large 1-2 ewes with small lambs $37.50 each; Barbado lambs 30-65 lbs. $63-70 cwt., ewes 70-95 lbs. $36-48, bucks $60-100 per head, ewes with lambs $19-20 each.

Angora goats: slaughter muttons and billies 95-100 lbs. $34-39 cwt., kids 30-40 lbs. $61-63, thin nannies and muttons $25-34.

Spanish goats: choice and prime slaughter kids 15-35 lbs. $71-80 cwt., 35-65 lbs. $70-77, good $59-68, fat nannies 80-125 lbs. $42-49, thin $37-38, muttons 80-150 lbs. $63-74, billies 80-170 lbs. $63-75; stock nannies 50-100 lbs. $43-62 per head, nannies with kids $17-30 each, Boer cross kids $50-70 per head, nannies $58-70.
