COLORADO CITY —(Feb. 6)— Feeder steers and heifers sold $2-6 higher, slaughter cows $2-4 higher, bulls $2-4 higher, bred stock cows and pairs firm. Receipts totaled 1153 head.

Feeder steers: medium and large No. 1 200-300 lbs. $98-110, 300-400 lbs. $94-103, 400-500 lbs. $85-93.50, 500-600 lbs. $75-83.50, few $85, 600-700 lbs. $70-77, 700-800 lbs. $89-73.

Feeder heifers: medium and large No. 1 200-300 lbs. $83-86, 300-400 lbs. $78-85, 400-500 lbs. $72-78, few $81-84, 500-600 lbs. $68-76, 600-700 lbs. $65-70, 700-800 lbs. $62.50-67.

Slaughter cows: boners 36-39, high yielding $38-42, lean 900-1200 lbs. $33-36.50, 750-900 lbs. $49-51.75, under 750 lbs. $25-27.50; yield grade 1-2 bulls 1300-2100 lbs. $44.50-47.50, high dressing $49-51.75, low dressing 1000-1400 lbs. $43.50.

Stock cows: medium and large 1-2 young 850-1300 lbs. 3-7 months bred $425-555 per head, aged 800-1050 lbs. 2-8 months bred $350-435; medium and large 1-2 young 800-1150 lb. cows with 100-200 lb. calves $530-640 per pair, aged 800-1000 lb. cows with 100-200 lb. calves $375-480.
