SAN ANGELO — Feeder lambs sold steady this week, slaughter lambs firm, slaughter ewes sharply higher with good and choice $5-8 higher and other grades $3-6 higher. Receipts totaled 7445 head.

Feeder steers and heifers sold weak last week, slaughter cows weak, bulls firm and stock cows and pairs steady. Receipts totaled 3250 head.

Feeder lambs: medium and large 1-2 45-65 lbs. $78-83, 70-90 lbs. $73-81, 90-100 lbs. $70-75.50, newcrop 40-70 lbs. $85-94, 70-90 lbs. $83-89; medium and large No. 2 40-70 lbs. $70-78, 70-90 lbs. $65-73.
