Cattle Prices Steady

CUERO —(Nov. 19)— Feeder calves and yearlings sold mostly steady, a few individuals higher, slaughter cows mixed, better kids steady to 50 cents higher, lower grades $1-2 higher. Receipts totaled 2495 head.

Feeder steers: 200-300 lbs. $110-118, 300-350 lbs. $101-112, 350-400 lbs. $93-107, 400-450 lbs. $89-104, 450-500 lbs. $84-93, 500-600 lbs. $80-89, 600-700 lbs. $72-83, over 700 lbs. $72-76.

Feeder heifers: weights under 250 lbs. $83-93, 250-300 lbs. $75-92, 350-450 lbs. $75-90, 450-500 lbs. $75-83, 500-600 lbs. $71-79, 600-700 lbs. $65-76, over 700 lbs. $52-67.

Slaughter cows: boning cutter and utility $31.50-34, high yielding $34.50-36, cutter $28.50-31, canner and low cutter $24-28; bulls $46-49; bred stock cows $32-34, bred heifers $38.50-50.
