SAN ANGELO — Feeder lambs sold firm this week compared to two weeks ago, slaughter lambs steady, and slaughter ewes weak. Receipts totaled 15,101 head, about two percent feeder lambs, 10 percent slaughter lambs, 60 percent slaughter ewes and 25 percent goats.

Feeder steers and heifers sold fully $3-5 higher last week, instances $5-7 higher, slaughter cows $1-2 higher, bulls firm, stock cows and pairs weak. Receipts totaled 3750 head.

Feeder lambs: medium and large 1-2 50-90 lbs. $87-92, 90-100 lbs. $80.50-83; medium and large No. 2 50-90 lbs. $80-87.

Slaughter lambs: choice 2-3 shorn and wooled 90-125 lbs. $80-90, good and choice 1-2 wooled 65-90 lbs. $90-99; good and choice 2-4 slaughter ewes $35-45, few $46-47, utility and good 1-3 $40-47, utility 1-2 $34-40, cull and utility 1-2 $27-34; bucks $35-45, few $46-47.
