Domestic wool trading on a clean basis was very active this week, with 824,333 pounds of confirmed trades reported. The following prices reflect confirmed trades of domestic clean wool, f.o.b. the warehouse, in original bags or square packs, bellies out, some graded, and 76 millimeters or longer. No allowance is made for coring, freight or handling fees at the warehouse level to reflect net grower prices. Wools shorter than 75 millimeters are typically discounted 10-20 cents clean, and classed and skirted wools usually trade at a 10-20 cents premium to original bag prices.
