In the horse industry we tend to not get “second opinions” when it comes to our horses. Although for humans, especially with health conditions and possible surgery, it is fairly common to go for a second opinion.

I am always amazed at how many people want the previous year’s hay when I put it up for sale.             In May, when I advertised the 20 bales I had, in a couple of hours I had 15 different people call who wanted them.

One downside of boarding your horse can be the drama that other boarders bring to the barn. Over the years I have seen advertisements listing a boarding facility as being “drama free”, and others that warn “no drama allowed.”
