SAN ANGELO — (USDA) — This week, wool lambs sold steady, slaughter lambs all steady to $10 higher, slaughter ewes $10-20 lower, kids $5-10 lower. Sheep and goat receipts totaled 5800 head.

San Saba Feeders Sold Up This Week

San Saba stocker steers and heifers traded steady, feeder steers $3-4 higher, feeder heifers $5 higher, packer cows and bulls steady, pairs and breds steady. Receipts totaled 614 head.

Goldthwaite Kids Sold $15-20 Up

GOLDTHWAITE — (May 28) — This week, kids traded $15-20 higher, slaughter nannies $15-25 lower, replacement nannies $10 lower, Dorper and Barbado lambs $10-20 lower. Sheep and goat receipts totaled 2178 head.

FREDERICKSBURG — (May 27) — This week, cows and bulls sold steady, steers and heifers sold lower. Cattle receipts totaled 291 head.            Steers: medium and large No. 1 200-300 pounds $200-675, 300-400 pounds $350-640, 400-500 pounds $350-560, 500-600 pounds $250-482.
