It’s been a particularly ugly week for the cattle complex overall. Though no significant trading had occurred in the fed cattle market midweek, packers seem to have the upper hand.
Asking price is $228-230 with only light inquiry and no bids yet reported. The average cash price last week was $225.26, down another $3 and change.
